In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients initiating claims. Your ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and accuracy is key to upholding our reputation for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and accurate information regarding policies, processes, and available services. Accurately input and maintain client intake data in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve complex client issues. Assist in processing claim-related refunds. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and offer continued support. Meet or exceed service performance metrics, including response time and coverage verification benchmarks. Qualifications Background in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is preferred. Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
