You will play a vital role in maintaining organizational integrity by managing digital records and facilitating seamless communication between claimants, legal teams, and external providers. Responsibilities Manage high-volume digital inboxes to ensure timely routing and categorization of incoming claims documentation. Input and maintain detailed claim records within legal database systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Serve as the first point of contact for claimants and providers, delivering professional support via phone, email, and written correspondence. Collaborate with investigators by proactively updating case files with new documentation and relevant communication. Verify claim information by cross-referencing multiple internal systems and databases to ensure comprehensive file creation. Follow up with external parties to secure missing information, reducing processing delays and improving claim turnaround times. Organize and archive electronic correspondence into document management systems to maintain compliance and accessibility. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience in customer service or claims administration within the insurance industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a call center or high-volume support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
