Responsibilities Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines. Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for claims. Maintain organized records of all submitted and approved warranty claims. Follow up on outstanding warranty claims to ensure timely payment. Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner. Liaise with the manufacturer's warranty department to resolve any claim discrepancies.
