Position Overview:

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options Support the agency team with administrative and operational tasks Maintain accurate client records and documentation Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience preferred but not required Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills Comfortable learning new systems and technology Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or insurance Interest in obtaining insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
