We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Claims Assistant Team Leader to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for maintaining an even workload for all Claims Assistants. The Claims Assistant Team Leader will maintain a working relationship with a reduced number of Claims Technicians and maintain their duties as a Claims Assistant with regard to these technicians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Claims Supervisor in ensuring production and customer service targets are met. Prepare and maintain reports for processing in line with established guidelines. Meets productivity and customer service targets. Resolve/Mediate issues of concern between Claims Assistants and/or between Claims Assistants and their examiners, with the assistance of Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. General computer proficiency. Proficiency with MS Office products. Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills. Ability to encourage and motivate.

CA Range:

$57,614.00 - $64,392.00 Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

PHLY locations considered:

Roseville, CA / Bala Cynwyd, PA.
