$18•$19/hourWhat you will be doing: Processing routine and complex inquiries to provide high quality service to internal and external customersHandling inquiries involving group life, disability and absence including claims, medical underwriting, and continuation of coverage Handling first notices of loss for group life, disability and absence claims via telephone and non-phone channels of work The right candidate will have: 6 months of Contact Center or CSR experienceAbility to handle tough conversationsBilingual Spanish/ English preferredInsurance industry knowledgeProven ability to navigate through multiple systems and applications Data entry skills
