High School Responsibilities Your Daily Impact:
Respond professionally and empathetically to phone and electronically submitted first notices of loss from claimants, insureds, and third parties experiencing unexpected property or vehicle damage. Utilize established scripts and system workflows to accurately transcribe commercial or personal loss details Actively manage and assign rental car reservations, appraisal schedules, Express Claim shops, towing needs, and critical water mitigation activities. Apply foundational communication skills to evaluate caller questions, offer available service options, and determine the most effective course of action on established claims. Table:
Typically 1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience in the service, financial, or hospitality industries, ideally paired with 6 to 12 months in a call center or office environment.
