Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing New Claims & Managing Existing Claims:
You'll handle the processing of new insurance claims notifications while efficiently managing an existing portfolio of claims. Guide Insureds through the
Claims Process:
You'll provide timely, informative, and professional communication to ensure our insureds understand the claims process and receive a fair settlement for valid claims.
Claim Portfolio Management:
Collect necessary information and documents to proceed with claims, ensuring the accuracy of estimates. You'll maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring communication at least every 10 working days for open claims.
Interpretation of Policy Wording:
You'll assess the policy wording to determine the extent of coverage for each claim and apply any warranties or exclusions where applicable.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with company valued suppliers to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution. Face & Voice of our
Insurance:
As the Claims Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all claims interactions, representing our company with professionalism and dedication.
About You:
Minimum of 1-2 years of claims handling experience is required. An eager approach to providing top-tier service and ensuring satisfaction. You're motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders. You're keen to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can deliver exceptional results. Ability to work independently while contributing to team success. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, making it easy to interact with both customers and colleagues.
