Job Description
Trott Law, P.C., a growing secured creditors' law firm, is seeking a full-time Eviction Processor in our Michigan office. The employee will be responsible for processing of Eviction files, providing process and status updates to clients, preparing documents for attorney review, filing documents with local courts, monitoring and maintaining client and legal deadlines. The processor will also communicate regularly with borrowers both verbally and in writing.
Duties:
- File process, information gathering and data entry
- Preparing documents for legal review and court filing
- Answer calls from courts, court officers, borrowers and their representatives
- Monitoring and Updating client systems
- Responding within expectation to client requests for information and action
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with mortgage and loan origination documents
- Must have ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good organizational skills and ability to track varying client requirements required
- Professional verbal and written business communication skills are essential
