Job Description

Location:
Hybrid role. 3 days in-office at our Wayne,PA office. Job Description In addition to performing all of the functions of the Inspection Support Rep I, makes outbound phone calls to customers responding to varied requests for information or to research information to be maintained in HSB systems. Calls internal and external customers to create service orders using the Worksource processes and updates information in the Work Management system, Location Processing System, and/or internet databases. Education and Experience High School diploma is required, college degree preferred 1 - 2 years of experience is required Experience with HSB working in customer service Experience working in a call center environment Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of all major HSB systems and products Good customer service skills Good communication (oral and written) skills Good organization and time management skills Good problem solving skills At The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, we see Diversity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
