Facets Integration Engineer (Healthcare Claims) About the role As a Facets Integration Engineer, you will make an impact by implementing and supporting integration logic for healthcare claims processing as part of a fast-paced Proof of Concept (POC). This role has a strong focus on Facets platform interaction and HIPAA Gateway (HGW) processing for 837 and 835 transactions. You will be a valued member of the delivery team, working closely with EDI, Facets, and claims stakeholders to ensure accurate transaction flow, data integrity, and successful claims outcomes. This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants. In this role, you will: + Develop, implement, and support inbound 837 and outbound 835 transaction processing using the Facets HIPAA Gateway + Build and maintain data transformations and validations aligned with Facets data models and claims processing workflows + Work with the Facets external claims database and related interfaces to support data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting + Configure and support execution of batch jobs related to claims processing activities + Troubleshoot end-to-end claims processing issues, including rejects, errors, and reconciliation gaps + Collaborate closely with EDI and Facets teams to ensure proper transaction flow and data integrity across systems + Support parity validation activities between source claims data and adjudicated outputs + Operate effectively with minimal ramp-up in an accelerated POC delivery environment Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
