Supplement Manager

Full-Time | Office Position Some people can look at a scope, a claim, and a job file and see exactly what is missing. They understand how construction works. They can read between the lines. We need an office-based Supplement Manager who has a construction background and can help bridge the gap between the field, the paperwork, and the insurance process. This role is for someone who can learn quickly, write well, speak confidently, and handle communication with insurance companies in a way that gets results. What this role looks like In this position, you will help support roofing and exterior projects by reviewing documentation, identifying missing items, preparing supplements, and communicating with insurance carriers to help move claims forward. This is not just a data-entry job. It is a role for someone who can think, learn, communicate, and stay organized while working through the details. What you will do Review insurance paperwork, scopes, estimates, and job documents Identify missing items and help prepare supplements based on the actual work needed Communicate with insurance companies by phone and email Write clear, professional emails that help keep claims moving Work closely with the office and production teams to gather supporting information Keep job files organized and updated Learn carrier processes and stay on top of follow-up items Help make sure each file has what it needs to reach a fair outcome What we are looking for Construction background required or strongly preferred Strong reading and comprehension skills Ability to learn quickly Clear and effective written communication Professional verbal communication Organized and detail-oriented Able to stay persistent without losing professionalism Comfortable working in an office setting and managing multiple files at once The right person for this role The right person is steady, sharp, and knows how to communicate with purpose.
