Job Description
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Performs data entry functions (claim checks, claim file updates, forms, form letters, electronic interfaces, etc.). Assist with electronic mail, filing, and general office duties relating to insurance claims. Files electronic first report of injury documentation. Coordinate insurance renewals for multiple companies Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries. Coordinate insurance audits Maintain vendor & customer COI records Manage auto/equipment records, register & renew and issue insurance cards. Coordinate with HSE of multiple companies Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a claims/insurance role Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Self organized and detail oriented Concise written and oral communication skills Ability to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to a changing environment Ability to exercise sound judgment, to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage time, work efficiently and follow through Ability to work in a team environment
