On-Site Required:

Inbound/outbound call center experience. Strong administrative skills. Critical thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc.). Ability navigate multiple systems while on phone calls. Punctual and reliable attendance. Ability to work in the office consistently 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely processing of insurance claims. Managing queues of insurance-related system tasks, answering phone calls, and handling emails and paper mail.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance companies regarding insurance claims. Ensure proper claim intake, oversight, and resolution by capturing claim details on phone calls and monitoring and taking action on system tasks, emails, portals, etc. Perform account research to ensure accurate information is provided regarding account circumstances and program requirements. Monitor assigned accounts with open insurance claims to ensure proper resolution. Document all appropriate and relevant account information in applicable systems. Support outsourced insurance vendors to resolve insurance claims by performing account research and answering questions via portals, email, and phone. Get in
