In this vital role, you will manage warranty claims, verify insurance coverage, and ensure accurate documentation for all vehicle repairs. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, support dealership operations, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. Duties Process and submit warranty claims accurately using dealership and manufacturer systems Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for warranty repairs, including Medicare, Workers' Compensation law, and other applicable insurance policies Maintain meticulous medical and repair documentation, ensuring compliance with medical terminology, ICD-9/10 coding, CPT coding, HCPCS, DRG, ICD coding, and medical billing standards Organize and file all warranty-related paperwork systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness Collaborate with service technicians, insurance companies, and parts departments to resolve claim discrepancies promptly Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement and resolution Utilize financial software to track warranty expenses, reimbursements, and related financial transactions Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with filing systems and document management best practices Knowledge of insurance verification processes related to vehicle warranties and medical claims including Medicare and Workers' Compensation law Experience with medical documentation standards such as
ICD-9/10
coding, CPT coding, HCPCS, DRG classifications, and medical billing procedures Ability to interpret medical terminology accurately for warranty purposes Proficiency with financial software used for warranty tracking and reporting Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external insurance providers Attention to detail in handling medical records, repair documentation, and claim submissions Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
