No nights or weekends! Responsibilities Answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls. Ordering police report. Running vehicle registration Helping on general investigation Communicate effectively with team members. Assist claims management with general claim support task. Experience Spanish fluency a must Typing - must be able to use a keyboard Customer service experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
