Job Description
We're a growing medical and dental health group seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Cycle Management Associate to join our team. At RHN Medical & Dental Group , we're passionate about providing exceptional care for our patients and fostering a supportive, engaging environment for our employees. We're looking for someone eager to grow with us and contribute to our mission of delivering integrated, innovative, and cost-effective healthcare services . What You'll Do Submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Post medical payments and adjustments. Investigate and appeal unpaid or partially paid claims. Resolve insurance and clearinghouse denials promptly. Verify charges, adjustments, and co-pays/payments. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required). 2+ years of healthcare experience (preferred). Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, and commercial insurance (preferred). Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and promote effective relationships. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
