The Role A Warranty Specialist will manage and facilitate the entire warranty claims procedure. They will need to answer customer questions in a professional and efficient manner. The warranty specialist will process and submit claims through NetSuite and Zendesk. What You'll Do Manage and process warranty claims and inquiries through the collection of data, research of claims, and investigation. Respond to customer inquiries or questions professionally and effectively. Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies. Provide effective and timely communication to all internal and external contacts. Possess knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers. Answering emails from customers, gathering needed data to process warranty claims, providing instructions on submitting warranty claims. Perform additional duties to support ongoing business needs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Fluent in speaking and writing of the English language. Basic computer literacy. Previous experience using NetSuite and Zendesk (preferred).
