The Hive - 9490 S 300 W., Sandy, UT 84070 ALKEME Insurance is seeking a highly detail-oriented Certificate of Insurance (COI) Processor - CSR24 Expert to join our Commercial Lines Operations team at The Hive in Sandy, Utah. This role is ideal for an experienced Insurance CSR, Certificate Specialist, or Commercial Lines Assistant with strong expertise in CSR24 and certificate processing workflows . You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of Certificates of Insurance while supporting account teams and enhancing operational efficiency. As part of one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the United States, you will work in a collaborative, high-performance environment with opportunities for growth and specialization in insurance operations. The COI Processor (CSR24 Expert) is responsible for managing high-volume certificate requests, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements, and serving as an internal subject matter expert on CSR24 systems and workflows. What You'll Do Process and deliver Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately using CSR24 and agency management systems Review client and carrier requirements to ensure proper coverage, compliance, and documentation Serve as a CSR24 subject matter expert , supporting workflow improvements and resolving system issues Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual standards Collaborate with Account Managers, train staff and clients on CSR24, and support overall service delivery What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, certificate processing, or commercial lines support Strong proficiency in CSR24 and Applied Epic (EPIC AMS) preferred High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume requests and deadlines Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why ALKEME? 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision (employee-only) + partial dependent coverage PTO, company-paid holidays, and 401(k) with employer contribution Career growth in a dynamic, nationwide network Collaborative, innovative, high-energy work culture Alkeme combines the strength and stability of a top-40 national insurance broker with the energy of a start-up.
