Job Description

Warranty Claims Adjudicator $20/hr. Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Adjudicator to review, evaluate, and process warranty and service contract claims. This role ensures accurate claim decisions, compliance with policies, and excellent customer service while acting as a liaison between customers, vendors, and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts to determine claim coverage, approve or deny claims, and identify potential fraud Process claims accurately and in compliance with company guidelines Investigate claims by reviewing documentation, inspection reports, and vehicle records Communicate with customers, vendors, and dealerships via phone and email Maintain accurate claim records and manage claim queues efficiently Assist with new claims, status updates, and customer inquiries Coordinate inspections, repairs, payments, and required documentation Support process improvements and collaborate with internal teams Provide guidance on complex claims and assist junior team members as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required (college preferred) 2-3 years of experience in claims, warranty, call center, or customer service Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred:
Automotive claims or Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) experience Bilingual (Spanish)
