Job Description

Who are we looking for? An applicant who has a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and can provide quality control functions for rental assistance programs. The ideal candidate will be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, work within a team, and will be highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines. What will you do? Provide case management for rental assistance programs Maintain close contact with other service agencies and/or organizations to provide information and referral services to program participants and landlords Maintain a positive public image and be responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues What education, experience, skills and competencies are needed? Customer service experience General math knowledge Maintain confidentiality Initiative, collaboration and teamwork Attention to detail Requires two (2) years of college and two (2) years experience in the related field, or four (4) years experience in lieu of education Are you ready to join our team?
