Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify received repair orders against information in the dealership's Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to prepare for claim submission and completion, ensuring the account is maintained accurately to payment expectations and does not lose warranty money owed. Maintain positive communication and interactions with staff at WPI. Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensure backups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests. Maintain accurate records of claims throughout all steps of the process, updating claim notes daily with accurate detail. Respond to communications in a timely manner and within WPI expectations. Communicate training or resources needed as required to execute responsibilities efficiently. Self-Report all issues identified. Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, communicating any inconsistencies noted with customers as necessary. Follow WPI Policy and Procedures for all claim handling. Works closely with the WPI Team to ensure customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.

Good communication and attention to detail skills Proficient or ability to learn new computer systems High School Diploma or GED equivalent Excellent data entry/keyboard typing skills.
