100% Onsite•Fitchburg, WI Overview Beacon Hill's client in Fitchburg, WI is seeking an Administrative Processor to join their onsite team. This role supports a highly respected life insurance claims operation known for exceptional service standards and accuracy. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer‑service mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions while working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough, objective, and fair claim investigations within established approval authority. Interpret and apply policy provisions, exclusions, and relevant state regulations. Collaborate with internal legal and medical resources to support claim assessments. Research claim details by phone and email with both internal and external contacts. Document claim status, findings, and decisions clearly for all necessary parties. Maintain strong judgment, flexibility, and creativity while ensuring high‑quality decision‑making. Maintain awareness of expenses and client performance standards. Perform additional duties as needed. Required Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational and time‑management abilities. Sound judgment and decision‑making capabilities. Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing technology. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering world‑class service. Ability to work effectively both independently and on a team. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of employer‑related life insurance products. Experience with web‑based claims or customer administration systems.
