Automotive Warranty Administrator Keep Our Dealership Running Smoothly Behind the Scenes! Fremont Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers, tracking warranty claims, and supporting a fast-paced service department, this role is for you. ⭐ What You'll Do Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Track and follow up on pending claims Communicate with manufacturers and internal service teams regarding claims Maintain accurate records and documentation of warranty work Assist service advisors and technicians with warranty-related questions Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and dealership guidelines ⭐ What We're Looking For Previous experience in warranty administration, accounts, or service department preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership software and office applications Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset ⭐ Why Work With Fremont Motors?
