• Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

If you're driven and coachable, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why it's so important to have proper coverage. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Maintain knowledge of new products. Answer the phone and assist walk in customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
