Already licensed? You'll start building your book — and earning renewal income — right away. Not licensed yet? What You'll Do Help individuals and businesses protect what matters with the right Auto, Home, and business liability coverage. Assess each client's needs and recommend tailored P&C policies that fit their situation and budget. Guide new and existing clients smoothly through quotes, applications, and policy changes. Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and referrals. Support clients through the claims process and keep accurate records in the agency CRM. Who Thrives Here Active P&C license preferred — or willing to obtain one before your start date. A natural communicator who listens well and builds trust quickly. Sales or customer-service background with a consultative, relationship-first style. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with CRM/software tools.
