Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with project and account management, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Guidewire or AgencyZoom. This position offers an opportunity to work in an environment within the financial services sector, contributing to client success and satisfaction. Duties Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize Guidewire and other CRM tools to track client interactions, update account information, and manage workflows Collaborate to develop marketing strategies that enhance client engagement Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, or areas needing improvement Assist in onboarding new clients through training and support Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and service requests Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis skills to improve service delivery Requirements Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex information clearly Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management strategies Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights Ability to work collaboratively across departments including sales, marketing, and product teams Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities This role is integral to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, strategic analysis, and effective communication.
