ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an accounts manager and sales professional, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and providing solutions. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services, helping them save money and obtain proper coverage. In this role you will be responsible for following up with leads, quoting policies, calling prospects, meeting with current and future customers. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. If successful in this role you will have the opportunity to advance within the agency, and even earn the opportunity to open your own agency in the future, allowing you to be your own boss.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Follow up and provide quotes to leads
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Hardworking, coachable, and competitive
