Salary Range:
$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Property & Casualty Licensed within a specified time frame. Responsibilities Key Position Responsibilities:
Being consistently reliable, performs at a high level everyday Developing positive work relationships with team members to keep team on track Following all Allstate, Broussard Agency, and legal guidelines in the practice of insurance sales Quoting and Binding of P&C business Obtaining a level of activity consistent with your goals Obtaining referrals for agency growth and your growth Consistent training in and out of the office Providing a high degree of customer service excellence at all times Identifying opportunity and pivoting to additional products Working with and through existing Team Members to accomplish sales goals Participating in Team Events and Meetings About Us My agency's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, and be able to recover from the unexpected events that sometimes happen. We are located in Mobile, AL and help customers with their insurance needs such as auto, home, life, and retirement.
