ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Insurance has always been a part of my life—my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends. Community involvement is important to me, and while we're already active locally, we have plans to expand our participation in community events and outreach efforts in the years ahead. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
