The Wesley Dickinson Allstate Agency in Bryant, Arkansas is growing fast — and we're hiring a licensed, proven Personal Lines (P&C) Sales Producer who's ready to step in and start writing business from day one. If you're already licensed, have at least 1 year of P&C sales experience , and you're motivated by performance-based earnings, this is a great opportunity to join a high-energy, team-driven agency with strong support and unlimited growth potential. Who We're Looking For To be considered, you must meet the following non-negotiables: Active Arkansas Personal Lines (P&C) License (required) Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience (required) Proven ability to close business and hit sales goals Confident communicator with strong phone and relationship-building skills Coachable, competitive, and driven to earn more through performance Dependable work history and strong integrity This role is for licensed producers only. We are looking for someone who can start selling immediately.
