Along the way, you'll have the support of an established, nationally recognized brand while working toward long-term financial independence.
Salary Range:
$3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Mentorship Program Hands-On Training Lead Generation Support Requirements What We're Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and operate a business Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred Licensing Requirement Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses Licensing support and training provided at no cost for qualified candidates Preferred Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or business experience (not required) Interest in financial services, business ownership, or entrepreneurship Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies to protect their assets Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and closing insurance solutions Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and policy changes in a timely manner Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and claims guidance Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction
