Salary Range:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable life and health products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a growing client base. Clearly explain complex insurance policies and benefits in an easy-to-understand manner. Manage your sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to closing the deal. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to agency growth.
