We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented, competitive, and persuasive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business. You will focus on generating new clients, educating prospects, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers. Leads are provided , and you'll receive hands-on training to learn our products, sales process, and systems. We also offer performance-based bonus opportunities that reward production, consistency, and strong client engagement. Base salary starting at $40,000 Top performers can earn $70,000
