Position Overview:
Looking to build a high-income career with a proven system behind you? Our top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Costa Mesa is hiring a Korean-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you have insurance experience or a strong sales background, we provide the training, leads, and support to help you succeed quickly. This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity role where you'll work with warm leads daily, close new business, and grow your income through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
What You'll Do:
Work with daily inbound leads and live call transfers Quote and sell auto and home insurance policies Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent follow-up Identify cross-sell opportunities, including life insurance Provide a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish Track activity and manage leads using our CRM system Assist with basic policy updates and follow-ups as needed
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual Korean highly preferred Sales experience preferred (any industry - we'll train insurance) Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Willing to obtain a Property/Casualty license (we can guide you)
