Costa Mesa, CA Pay:
$55,000 - $110,000 per year, Guaranteed Salary Join an Established and Growing Insurance Agency Medical Insurance Today is seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed insurance agent to join our growing team in Costa Mesa. We are an established agency with 18 years in business, providing Medicare and health insurance solutions to clients throughout California. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, professional agent who enjoys helping people, building long-term client relationships, and growing their income within a supportive team environment. We provide qualified inbound opportunities, walk in enrollments, ongoing support, and a stable office-based position with strong earning potential. What You'll Do Assist clients with Medicare, health, and related insurance needs Handle inbound qualified leads and build long-term client relationships Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options Guide clients through the sales and enrollment process Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems Review client policies annually and provide ongoing service Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) California Health & Life Insurance License (Required or actively pursuing) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using web-based systems and CRM software Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$44,000- Guaranteed Income Commission +
Performance Bonuses Realistic Earnings:
$55,000 - $110,000+ Uncapped income potential Experienced agents can exceed $90,000 annually We enroll 400-500 policies per year, a constant flow of client enrollment A licensed agent with average production can realistically earn $65,000+ annually.
