Job Description:
Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a qualified Insurance Agent to join their client's team in Fowler. This is a full-time, direct hire position that requires an individual with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license who is committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive insurance services to clients, including assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance policies. Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and provide excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools. Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, first shift.
