JBRR INSURANCE AGENCY, INC.
Farmers Insurance in Fresno, California, is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products to customers utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing. You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their personal goals. Your prior experience in the industry will help you provide an exceptional experience to our customers. The role includes a minimum monthly base salary of $3,800, with earnings up to $100,000 per year, including commissions and bonuses.
Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
