Duties Conduct outside sales by actively seeking new clients and expanding the customer base through community engagement and networking. Provide personalized insurance consultations, explaining policy options clearly and transparently to meet individual needs. Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection. Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance products across various lines such as health, life, auto, or property insurance. Engage in marketing activities to promote insurance services via telemarketing, social media, or community events. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities. Strong negotiation skills to tailor coverage options that align with client needs while ensuring company objectives are met. Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information effectively. Analysis skills to evaluate client data and recommend appropriate insurance solutions confidently. Knowledge of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones through innovative outreach methods. Bilingual (Spanish)

$34,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
