We are looking for a driven, relationship‑oriented salesperson who thrives on generating new business, building meaningful relationships, and delivering customized risk‑management solutions to commercial clients. The ideal candidate blends strong sales instincts with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach. Compensation package includes residuals. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Prospect, identify, and qualify new commercial insurance opportunities. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. Conduct needs analyses to identify client exposures and match them with appropriate insurance products. Present proposals, negotiate coverage options, and close new business. Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. Provide consultative support and risk‑management guidance to clients. Partner with account managers and underwriting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective policy servicing. Telemarketing & Outreach-Related Duties Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce products and generate interest. Conduct Strategic Door-to-Door Sales Efforts to Businesses Present Insurance and Risk Managment Solutions to Businessowners and/or Management Teams via In-Person Sales Meetings. Track activities, leads, and follow‑ups within the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly activity expectations and lead‑generation goals. Competitive yet collaborative team player. Ethical, honest, and professional at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in commercial P&C insurance sales preferred. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License not required. Will provide training and sales coaching to right candidate. Telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment‑setting experience is a plus.
