Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance coverage. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients. Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific licensing requirements may apply). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
