Role :
Do you have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance? This position might be the right opportunity for you! We're searching for energetic and dedicated individuals with a positive mindset to become part of our Local Allstate Agency.
Experience and Credentials :
Required :
Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License.
Preferred :
Experience in insurance agency sales. 1+ years in the insurance industry.
What We Are Looking For :
Positive Outlook & ability to work well with others. Coachable and Eager to Learn. Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes. Reliable and dependable. Experience in insurance sales.
Responsibilities :
Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails. Manage the new business onboarding process. Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments. Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided. Identify cross-sell opportunities.
Work Schedule :
Monday to Thursday from 9am - 6pm and Friday's from 9am - 5pm
Benefits :
