What you will do:

Have a unique opportunity to help to grow our business and impact the bottom line! Responsible for identifying appropriate accounts/patients through review and consultation with health care professionals to assist in securing appropriate services and follow-up support Helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with other professionals within the hospital, long term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices and others in the community.

Who you are:

At least 1 year of healthcare sales experience Outside sales experience required
