You will:

Call people who don't answer Get rejected Follow up with prospects who stop responding This is a performance-based role for people who want to earn and improve. What Actually Makes You Money vs an hourly wage! Energy and personality on the phone Building trust quickly Detailed notes on every prospect Organized, strategic follow-up Deals are made in the follow-up, not the first call. What You'll Do 60-100 calls per day Follow up 5-8+ times per prospect Quote and sell Home & Auto insurance Manage your pipeline and stay organized Who This Is For Competitive and motivated to earn more than hourly Strong communicator (or willing to improve) Organized and disciplined Can handle rejection and keep going No License Yet? Start part-time setting appointments while you get licensed, then move into a full Producer role.
