The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, coachable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
Salary Range:
$4,000.00
  • $6,000.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Active Property & Casualty license PREFERRED or willing to obtain Prior sales experience Self-motivated & goal-oriented

  • takes ownership of results and treats the role like a business Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, calls and community engagement Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.
) Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and service Cross-sell and upsell additional coverage to existing clients Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor
