Salary Range:
$18,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid California Life Insurance License required Proven success in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals. Comfortable with in-person client interactions and community engagement. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools. A genuine passion for helping others achieve financial security. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their life insurance needs and financial goals. Present and explain Allstate's comprehensive life insurance products, tailoring solutions to individual circumstances. Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with clarity and support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing service and identifying opportunities for additional coverage. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to a positive agency culture. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
