Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options that meet individual client requirements. Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction. Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and resolving issues promptly. Support benefits administration by assisting clients with claims processes and policy updates as needed. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions effectively. Familiarity with sales administration systems and marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health insurance policies is a plus. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service. Multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
