This role involves assisting walk-in customers while also generating and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, building relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Salary Range:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Vision Insurance Requirements Active insurance license (Personal lines license preferred or must obtain in a short timeframe) Previous sales or customer service experience (retail and/or call center experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and engaging customers in person Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
