Salary Range:

Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A valid insurance license in CA is preferred. (must obtain required license in 45 days) Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships. Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Present and explain insurance policy options to clients. Process applications, renewals, and claims for clients. Maintain a high level of knowledge about available insurance products and regulations. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
