Salary Range:

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone. Bilingual in English and Spanish required; the ideal candidate is fluent in both. Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain high productivity. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset. Must be able to work full-time from our office location. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
